We renovated cottages on our farm as a result of visitors to Seweweekspoort and area, who often stopped at our farmhouse and enquired about overnight accommodation.

At present we have two identical cottages, Ribbok and Koedoe, named after the antelope that have roamed freely in this area.Each cottage consists of the following:

The living area has a large table for enjoying unrushed meal, lengthy conversations and games. (games available on request) Gazing outside you will be enthralled by beautiful mountains and occasionally treated to the sight of antelope passing by. There are two single bed in the living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical kettle, microwave oven, refridgerator, stove, toaster, cutlery, crockery and glasses for six people. Running hot and coldwater is available.

The bathroom is equipped with toilet, handwashbasin and a shower in the bath. 

The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed.  Here you can wake up, open the window and absorb the surrounding nature views.  Some of our guests never closes the curtains because of the awesome clear sky and bright shining stars. Bedding accordingly to the season and towels are provided.

The second bedroom has two single beds, and from here you can see the Seweweekspoort Peak, which is the highest mountain peak in the Western Cape. Bedding and towels are provided.

Each cottage has its own veranda.  Here you can sit and enjoy a sundowner while watching the sunset.  There is a outdoor braai for preparing a delicious Karoo Barbeque.We provide grids and firelighters.  Wood and braaipacks is available on request.
